The Charm of Charms.

While I work on what I will be releasing next into the world, let's have some fun while cloud-diving into Lucid. 

Lucid is Unhada's first attainable luxury line, in 9k released just last year. And with it, Unhada's first ever charms. 

 

Summer felt like the perfect time to focus on these charms, because bare necks make the perfect canvas for this extremely personal accessory. 

 

In my 30's, one Spring for my birthday, my mother gave me a charm bracelet while I lived in Bangkok, Thailand. It was a thick gold chain, had a diamond heart charm(a mom's love), suitcase (wanderlust), a telephone(a reminder to call her), flower pot, amongst other charms that describe me as a person. I added an ivory elephant I had received as a child(but that's another story), and each time I added something new, the bracelet felt more and more, me. 

And that in a nutshell, is the beauty of charms and charm play. Each time you play with your charms, each time you mix them together or stand them alone, they represent something about you and only you. 

 

This is one of the reasons it took 20 years to release charms. I needed them to be different so that they could do their job and promote individuality. 

For Lucid, I wanted an old world, dreamy feel, and so I designed them to all feel old and magical. I started with charms that felt like lavalieres, could be stacked, or just as strong worn alone as pendants So that truly serve, like all charms should, 

 

I paired with them Unhada's Reverie Chain that I wanted to do same… 

These are meant for the real dreamers out there, like us, who believe in magic and the beauty of the skies above.. I hope they make you feel lighter…
