All sales are final due to the handmade nature of our jewelry. In certain cases, pieces may be exchanged at Unhada’s discretion within 14 days of purchase. Please contact us directly. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs for exchanges.

Made-to-order and custom items are always final sale.

REPAIRS

Unhada guarantees repairs for a period of 30 days from delivery. Normal wear and tear, improper care, or damage resulting from misuse will void this warranty.
